A few years ago it was difficult dealing with Tom regarding storm damage to our house. We let that go, as we were long time customers. Then we had a "lapse in coverage" on our new car even after three calls to his office and two emails (it shouldn't be this difficult). When I spoke with Tom about this, he seemed like he could care less and would only give me one word answers. His unprofessional manner was mind boggling. Combined with his complete lack of paying attention to details we decided it was time to move on from his agency. Save yourself a headache and go with another insurance provider."

"Completely at a loss for words at how this agent doesn’t look out for the best interest of their customers. My car was damaged in May from a improperly maintained road in Ohio. Made a claim based on State Farm saying they will go after ODOT for the repairs. My car was repaired promptly however 4-1/2 months later no one has contacted me regarding ODOT covering the repairs so I could get my deductible back. I called State Farm and they said they can’t go after ODOT. WHAT!??? Now I have to do all the leg work to try and recoup my money from a road MY taxes are supposed to help pay to keep fit for driving. Misinformed agents at State Farm plus non supportive local agents are why I am taking my business elsewhere. I’m only 41 years old and could have been a customer for many more years."
